If you love teamwork, creativity, and maintaining high culinary standards, this role is for you. What you’ll be doing: Running your section with confidence, efficiency, and consistency Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to recipe and brand standards Supporting smooth service with strong organisation and a sense of urgency Monitoring stock, minimising waste, and maintaining cost awareness Mentoring and supporting apprentices and junior chefs Working collaboratively across kitchen sections to deliver outstanding guest experiences Maintaining impeccable food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards What we’re looking for: A team player with a genuine passion for food, attention to detail, and the drive to help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
