Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision. Be responsible for running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen. Are confident in managing, training and passing on your knowledge to the team. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
