We are currently looking for a full time Commis Chef for our Avoca Dunboyne Store. The ideal candidate would ideally have some kitchen experience working in a fast-paced service environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Skills:
Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients
Using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters
Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed.
Working closely with kitchen chefs and following instruction
Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock
