The restaurant was established in 2018 and has since become a much-loved and revered institution within South West Sydney. Led by Cordon-Bleu-trained head chef Federico Rekowski, Bellbird is nestled within the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre and embodies modern Australian cuisine, highlighting locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma Level in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience).
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Minimum one year’s experience as a Chef in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
  • A demonstrated passion for the food industry and service to customers.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Literacy and numeracy appropriate to the position.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
