THE ROLE:

As a Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team with daily food preparation and ensure the smooth running of your section. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking
• Supporting senior chefs during busy service times
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
• Following food safety and health & hygiene procedures
• Working effectively both as part of a team and independently
