Prepare and present fresh, high quality dishes for breakfast service Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently and to a high standard Maintain strict food hygiene and safety practices in line with legislative requirements Follow recipes and brand standards with consistency and care Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate stock control procedures Contribute to a smooth, energised kitchen service each morning Qualifications Flexible and available to work across a 7 day rotating roster with 5:30am starts Trade qualified with a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery Passionate about producing refined, beautifully presented dishes Calm and detail focused, delivering high quality food even under pressure Proactive and eager to continue developing your culinary expertise A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with colleagues and guests Additional Information What’s in it for you...
