We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Commis Chef to join our dynamic team working across Catalina Restaurant, In room Dining and Conferencing located at the Novotel Brisbane Airport. Catalina is a vibrant and inviting restaurant with a warm atmosphere and quality food. Our focus and objective is to provide an excellent dining experience for all our guests.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
• Perform tasks within a timely manner.
• Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards.
• Maintain standards of all health and hygiene requirements.
• Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.
