A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ● Assist in the preparation, cutting, trimming, and portioning of meat, poultry, and seafood according to standard specifications. ● Support commissary operations including basic food preparation, marination, and storage for kitchen use. ● Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all raw materials following food safety standards. ● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the butchery and commissary areas, equipment, and tools. ● Follow standard recipes, portion control, and minimize wastage. ● Coordinate with kitchen sections to ensure timely supply of prepared ingredients. ● Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times. What We need from you: ● Basic experience or training in butchery, food preparation, or culinary arts preferred ● Knowledge of meat cuts, handling techniques, and food safety practices ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks ● Good teamwork and communication skills ● Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Responsibilities

The Commis Chef will assist in the preparation, cutting, and portioning of meat, poultry, and seafood while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. They will also coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure the timely supply of prepared ingredients and support general commissary operations.
