Store meats at correct temperatures and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) method. Perform precise cutting, deboning, trimming, and portioning. Prepare marinated and processed meat items as per kitchen standards. Maintain knives and butchery tools in good condition. Clean and sanitize workstations regularly. Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines strictly. Coordinate with hot kitchen and cold kitchen sections. Requirements: Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field. 1–3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant butchery section. Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
