Responsibilities

· Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under the supervision of the senior chef
· Follow recipes and instructions accurately
· Ensure food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards are met (in accordance with HACCP or similar guidelines)
· Receive and store kitchen deliveries appropriately
· Maintain a clean and organized workstation
· Help with mise en place (preparation of ingredients and tools)
· Comply with all health and safety regulations
· Support the kitchen team in daily operations and during busy service periods
