The Castlerosse are seeking applicants with experience to work n a busy hotel restaurant.
Requirements to join our team include:
Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. To be passionate about food & have the ability to work under pressure, candidates must be organized and self motivated.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 to 3 years in a similar style operations.
• Excellent food knowledge, standards and presentation
• Excellent organisational skills

Job Type: Contract
Pay: From €16.00 per hour
