Join Our Healthy Restaurant Team!

We are looking for passionate and experienced Cooks & Chef de Partie (CDP) who can join immediately join our growing healthy restaurant. If you are committed to preparing high-quality food, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Cook / Chef de Partie (CDP)

Location: Abu Dhabi & Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned kitchen section.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock following FIFO procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cook or Chef de Partie in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Experience with healthy cuisine is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
