About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery (or currently completing)
• Full Australian working rights

Working alongside our Head Chef and senior kitchen team, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining the high standards our members have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a consistently high standard
• Assisting with daily kitchen operations during service
• Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control
• Supporting menu preparation and seasonal specials
• Assisting with stock rotation, storage and waste minimisation
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
• Contributing to a positive, professional and team-focused kitchen culture
