COMMIS CHEF/CHEF DE PARTIE

Laynes opened in 2011 and set out to be the best coffee bar in the city. Since then we’ve grown in size to incorporate a kitchen and dining space to allow us to serve some of the best breakfast/lunch/brunch around.

We are looking for a COMMIS CHEF/CHEF DE PARTIE who prefers to work during the day and is happy to get up in the morning.
The position will be 5 days over 7 and with 40 hours per week. We are currently a daytime trading place though there’s intention to move into evening service in the future.
