Key Responsibilities Prepare and plate cold-section dishes according to brand recipes and specifications. Maintain mise-en-place levels and ensure all ingredients meet freshness, storage, and hygiene standards. Support senior chefs with preparation for service, stock rotation, and quality checks. Uphold HACCP protocols and maintain a clean, organised workstation. Coordinate with the wider brigade to ensure smooth service during peak periods. Contribute ideas and improvements within the cold section where relevant. 1–2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef in a premium, high-volume restaurant. Technical skills in cold-section preparation and presentation. Knowledge of HACCP and international food-safety standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
