THE ROLE

We’re getting busier, and as such need some more help in the kitchen! This is a Part-Time role that is ideal for a passionate, hard working individual, with a commitment to high standards and an interest in learning and developing their skills in the kitchen.
The role is for someone who can commit to around 20 hours and who would be available to work Saturday - Tuesday.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Making each dish according to recipe, following the recipe to 100%.
• Setting kitchen up for busy periods.
• Assisting the kitchen manager as required.
• Ensuring stock is rotated to minimize wastage and kept and correct temperatures.
• Ensuring prep and ordering lists are always being completed each day.
