• Working as part of a kitchen team and supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef
• Food prep and getting the kitchen in tip top shape ready for service
• Working with fresh ingredients
• Responsible for leading a section during service
• Communicating positively with the team and assist with menu ideas and specials
