A great opportunity for a Commis chef/ Demi Chef De Partie to join the team at this award winning Luxury Hotel. The Head Chef is looking for somebody who has a positive attitude and is looking to gain experience in the industry.
All electric kitchen installed with top of the range plancha’s, water bath, induction hobs and ovens. very good environment to produce top quality food.
Daily duties will include preparing a wide range of dishes and garnishes for the fine dining restaurant and creating memorable dining experiences for its discerning customers.
As Commis chef you will be expected to learn the dishes to the standard set by the Head Chef. At this stage of your career it is understood that you will still be learning and developing your cooking techniques however you will be expected to have excellent knife skills, a strong desire to learn more.
