• You prepare the food and present it according to our Andaz standards.
• You prepare the breakfast buffet in The Lonely Broccoli restaurant and support your colleagues in the kitchen.
• You comply with all hygiene regulations and report maintenance needs and hazards.
• You will help with setting up, taking down, and looking after buffets.
• You will play a key role in a highly motivated team and embody the Andaz brand through your personal style.

• You have completed training as a cook/chef
• You have a passion for the kitchen and cooking.
• You are an early bird and not a fan of late shifts 
• You prefer relatively regular working hours
• You work independently and show commitment
