  • Preparing mise en place for service
  • Follow the instructions of the Chef de Partie
  • Ensuring cleanliness of working area
  • Receiving deliveries, ensuring correct stock levels
    As a Commis Chef, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 55-60 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary based on business needs (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
    To be successful Commis Chef candidate, you will have a positive attitude, good time management and some experience in a professional kitchen.
