We are a fine dining restaurant in Downtown Dubai, offering a refined culinary journey inspired by Uzbek, Tajik, Kurdish, Russian, and Ukrainian cuisines. We are looking for a dedicated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and grow with us.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining or casual dining).
• Knowledge or interest in Uzbek, Tajik, Kurdish, Russian, or Ukrainian cuisine.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to develop culinary skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

• Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking authentic dishes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.
• Support the team with daily kitchen operations.
• Show eagerness to learn traditional cooking methods and recipes.
