As a Commis, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards while adhering to food safety regulations.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and food preparation.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities when required.
  • Experience supervising or managing team members is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling clear interaction with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
