Gourmet Fuel is an essential food manufacturing business looking to expand its team.
The company is interested in hearing from Commis Chef’s who have minimum 2 year’s experience to join the kitchen team full time 39 hours per week in our facility at T30 Rowan Ave, Stillorgan Business Park, Dublin, A94 V326

Duties include,

  • Weighing and preparing of meals as per production run.
  • To assume full responsibility for your food section.
  • Following all recipes as per instruction
  • To ensure all products are completed on time and to the correct requirements.
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety
  • Offer top quality products to the customer.
  • To ensure regulatory compliance at all times for all food production areas.
  • To familiarise yourself with all aspects of supply procedures – ordering, delivery procedures, stock rotation and control procedures.
  • To work with the Management Team to agree on actions following customer feedback.
  • To ensure implementation of the company’s control procedures in respect to food production, portion control and stock management.
  • To complete all goods received Temp control and commodity stock sheets.
  • To work with the Management Team to identify efficiencies through innovative working practices.
  • To attend all necessary training programmes to develop your potential and enable your progress in the company.
  • To attend team meetings as required and contribute to the development and growth of the business through the sharing of good practice and your own experiences.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills and attention to detail is required
  • Experience and a keen interest in health and culinary nutrition would be preferable

EXPERIENCE IS A MUST; THIS IS A FAST-PACED FOOD MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT THAT REQUIRES SPEED, ACCURACY, PRECISION AND A GOOD ATTITUDE. ONLY APPLICANTS WITH PREVIOUS FAST-PACED KITCHEN EXPERIENCE IN A BUSY ENVIRONMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE. AVAILABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS IS A MUST.
