About the Opportunity:
We are looking for Commis Chefs to join our team on a casual basis. You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking. This is an amazing opportunity to expand on your skills & work alongside some of the industry’s most talent chefs.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Experience as a Commis Chef in a high volume, premium a-la-carte restaurant
• Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information
• Interest in Italian cuisine
• Good communication and immaculate presentation
• A positive attitude, resilient and adaptable to change
• Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S
• Foundation knife skills and understanding of basic cookery terms and techniques
• Attention to detail
• Outstanding time management during preparation and service periods
• Calm and composed demeanour
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
