The role - Commis Chef
Reporting to the Executive Kitchen team, you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of exquisite products across various outlets and menus.

Service includes:

• Breakfast buffet items
• Afternoon tea
• Fine Dining evening menu
• Bistro service
• Bar menu
• Special events
• Guest amenity extras

The ideal candidate

• Will have experience of working in a professional kitchen
• Has track record for delivering exceptional standards
• Is passionate about guest experience
• Is reliable and committed to being part of a team
• Completed studies Culinary Arts or similar
