ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Commis Chef, you will use your creative flair and passion for food to craft memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests. You will work closely with the team to prepare high quality food to help create an enticing and engaging food concept that sets Luci apart. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will work on a rotating shift basis, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, your role will involve:

  • Work effectively within the Kitchen team to ensure high food standards and the delivery of an exceptional guest experience
  • Manage and maintain a clean working environment
  • Ensure the reduction of food wastage
  • Assist the team with general food preparation
  • Ensure correct handling and storage of all food products
  • Ensure a proactive approach to health and safety and food hygiene standards
