In your role as Commis Chef, you will utilise your creative flair and passion for food to ensure high quality food. You will work with the team and manage your time and workspace accordingly, in order to prepare the daily required food for various culinary operations within the hotel. Specifically, your role will involve:

  • Work effectively within the Kitchen team to ensure high food standards and the delivery of an exceptional guest experience
  • Maintain all HACCP aspects within the hotel operation
  • Manage and maintain a clean working environment
  • Ensure the reduction of food wastage
  • Assist the team with general food preparation
  • Ensure correct handling and storage of all food product
