We’re now looking for a Commis Chef – Hot Section to join our kitchen teams across our Central London restaurants. The Role You’ll be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team, working in the hot section and preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch. This is where energy, precision and teamwork come together during fast-paced services. You will: Prepare hot section dishes following our authentic recipes and kitchen standards Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during prep and service Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety Work efficiently during busy services with a positive, proactive mindset Help create the best moment of our guests’ day through every plate At Big Mamma, every dish is homemade, and every service is a team performance. What We’re Looking For A big smile and real passion for Italian food Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a busy hot section Strong teamwork and communication skills Great energy and proactive attitude during service Flexibility to work evenings and weekends High-volume kitchen experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter just as much.
