COMMIS CHEF/JUNIOR CHEF DE PARTIE @ TOM SHERIDAN’S

We are recruiting a Commis Chef/Junior Chef de Partie to assist in covering all sections of the kitchen.

• This position will be across all sections of the kitchen.
• Prepare and present all dishes to our regular high standards.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the rest of the kitchen team and those in other areas as required in order to provide a smooth and efficient service.
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
