To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine to start as soon as possible. At the Italian restaurant L'Unico, homemade pasta dishes made with pasta from our own pasta factory are prepared at the open cooking station in a Mediterranean atmosphere. The menu is complemented by modern interpretations of classic Italian fish and meat dishes, as well as pizzas made with select ingredients and fresh, local herbs.

Your tasks

• Preparation and presentation of dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
• Active participation in all positions
• Assistance in the banquet area
• Ensuring a flawless mise en place
• Partly responsible for cleanliness and order in the kitchen and cold storage rooms
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook
• first professional experience as a cook
• A passion to delight guests with your culinary skills
• Passion for Italian cuisine
• clean and structured working methods
• Self-initiative, flexibility and resilience
• Teamwork skills
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
