  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Be interested and skilled in food provenance, quality produce and seasonality
  • Able to produce high volume of same dishes for our events and conferences
  • Work cleanly and safely to health and safety standards
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
