Role Overview: As a Commis Chef you will play a vital role in supporting the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our outlets. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment, allowing you to develop your skills and build a strong foundation in culinary operations. You will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen standards, and support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes that align with The Westin’s reputation for excellence.
