We are looking for a motivated and passionate Full Time Commis Chef to join the PLG team at Steeples in Mornington. You’ll focus on basic food preparation tasks, support experienced chefs, and maintain a clean and organised kitchen. Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Steeples is a dining and entertainment complex situated next to the Mornington Racecourse.

What will my duties include?

• Prepare and cook menu as per cooking guidelines and set standards.
• Support senior chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks, including food assembly and plating.
• Ensure food and safety procedures are being followed.
• Maintaining control and leadership in the kitchen during service times in allocated section.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation.
