The Milton Brasserie are currently looking to recruit a Full time Commis Chef.
The Restaurant is based at Crathes, Banchory and is a family owned establishment. We are a day time operation open from 9.30am-4pm. The business is split up between the Brasserie which is open for lunch every day and the Conservatory which offers coffee/tea, scones and home bakes all made in house.
The Kitchen team consists of 4 chefs, working on a rota of 5 days from 7. The applicant should be enthusiastic, willing to learn, work well individually and in a team and be interested in using fresh and local produce.
