Job Description As a Commis Chef you will assist with the kitchen operations, servicing the Restaurant, Events. You will report to the Executive Chef who oversees kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Include: Prepare and cook high quality food Helping to create good communication between FOH and BOH Keep the kitchen organized and clean Qualifications Hold relevant Certificate cookery qualifications and previous experience in a similar role Have knowledge about Thai Cuisine Have knowledge and understanding of HACCP Be flexible to work a range of different shifts, including weekends Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment Be self-motivated and able to work without supervision Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
