The Exec Head Chef is seeking a Commis Chef to join the brigade, cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast menu, bar menus and fine dining in its restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. The property is a popular wedding venue and during the peak season is very busy, it needs a Commis Chef who is capable of working under pressure in a busy kitchen.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Commis Chef who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. This role will suit a Commis Chef who is flexible, eager to learn new skills and gain experience in a stable kitchen.
