Due to expansion, our venue in Knox is on the lookout for an experienced Commis Chef to come onboard in a part time capacity.

Responsibilities

Urban Alley Brewery is seeking an experienced Commis Chef/Chef de Partie for a part time position.
We are looking for candidates with exceptional cooking skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

The successful applicants will be responsible for:

  • Preparing food items as directed by the senior chef;
  • Ensuring excellent standards of kitchen cleanliness;
  • Ensuring consistently high standards of food presentation and quality are maintained;
  • Ordering and controlling the costs within the kitchen;
  • Working with the kitchen team to ensure safe work practices are implemented at all times.
