We’re looking for a Commis Chef to join our weekend team. If you’re starting your journey in the kitchen, eager to learn, and want to gain experience in a professional, quality-driven environment — this is your role.
Your Role
As Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing ingredients, cooking, and delivering high-quality dishes. You’ll rotate through different sections, learning from experienced chefs, and building your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes across the kitchen.
  • Ensure ingredients are prepared, stored, and rotated correctly.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
  • Support senior chefs during busy services.
  • Develop your skills by learning new techniques and recipes.
  • Contribute positively to the teamwork and atmosphere in the kitchen.

What You Bring

  • A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn.
  • Some previous kitchen or culinary training experience.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-first attitude with good communication skills.

Pay: From €13.50 per hour
