Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and burgers following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Make fresh pizza dough, sauces, and toppings; shape and bake pizzas using appropriate ovens (stone-fired, electric, or gas).
  • Grill burger patties to the correct temperature and assemble burgers with precision and consistency.
  • Ensure all ingredients for pizzas and burgers are prepped and stocked ahead of service.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic workstations for both pizza and burger sections.
  • Monitor inventory levels for all key ingredients and notify the senior chef of any shortages or restocking needs.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and storing ingredients properly, including perishables.
  • Minimize food waste through proper portioning, handling, and storage practices.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak periods.
  • Take direction from senior chefs and contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness and maintenance.
