Job Description Join our dynamic culinary team as a Commis Chef - Pizza Maker in the vibrant city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We're seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to create mouthwatering pizzas that will delight our customers. Prepare and handle pizza dough with precision and care Create a variety of pizzas according to recipes and customer preferences Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation Contribute to menu development and pizza specials Operate and maintain pizza-making equipment Adapt to fast-paced environment during peak hours Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests when possible Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with pizza-making experience Proficiency in pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and handling Strong knowledge of ingredients and flavor combinations Excellent food safety and hygiene practices Basic knife skills and ability to work with various kitchen equipment High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certificate or diploma preferred Food safety certification Knowledge of Italian cuisine, particularly pizza styles and ingredients Strong time management and multitasking abilities Team player with excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
