Summary of Position: To prepare the food as per the menu with direction when required from the senior chef on duty, maintaining the quality with minimal wastage. Using a clean as you work philosophy, so the Kitchen is compliant with Health and Safety regulations. Give guidance, support and basic training to the Kitchen Assistants who support the Kitchen function from cleaning, cooking and managing supplies and store areas.
QUALIFICATIONS / ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
-Working standard should be NVQ or equivalent
