JOB LOCATION: Portavadie, Argyll. Affordable staff accommodation available.
Commis Chefs are expected to help and control the section for which he/she is working and to ensure the smooth running of the section and that all areas of the section are maintained to Portavadie Standards. You will be working with fantastic, world class fresh local produce and learn from our team of chefs. Our Commis Chefs can quickly move up to Demi Chef de Partie if the right dedication and skills are shown. We identify areas of improvement and support skills development so you are ready for the next step up when the opportunity arises.
