You’ll work alongside experienced chefs, refining your skills in various sections of the kitchen, from butchery and baking to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Preparing and delivering a consistent, high-quality product, with a strong focus on minimal waste and proper stock rotation.
  • Supporting the kitchen’s daily operations, including mise en place, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
  • Learning and growing your skills across all kitchen sections and assisting in the training of new staff.
