 Commis Chef – Rasoi Waterfront, Swansea
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen at Rasoi Waterfront. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work with fresh ingredients, and be part of a supportive, professional team in one of Swansea’s most popular Indian restaurants.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Head Chef and kitchen team in the daily running of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard of quality and presentation
  • .Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
  • Assist in stock control, prep, and day-to-day kitchen organisation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally, NVQ Level 1/2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to train).
  • A strong team player with a “can do” attitude.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn.What we offer:
