REQUIREMENTS:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in Food Preparation Process: Work closely with senior chefs to prepare ingredients for cooking, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Cooking and Preparing High-Quality Dishes: Assist in cooking and preparing components of high-quality dishes, maintaining the standards set by the Head Chef.
  • Preparing Vegetables, Meats, and Fish: Ensure all vegetables, meats, and fish are properly prepared for cooking, adhering to our high standards.
  • Assisting Other Chefs: Provide support to other chefs during meal preparation and service, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Helping with Deliveries and Restocking: Assist in receiving deliveries, checking for quality, and ensuring items are properly stored and restocked.
  • Assisting with Stock Rotation: Help manage inventory and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
  • Cleaning Stations: Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Contributing to Kitchen and Food Safety Standards: Adhere to all kitchen and food safety standards, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
  • General Cleaning Duties: Assist in cleaning up after oneself and general kitchen areas, ensuring the kitchen remains clean and orderly at all times.
