Job Definition: Site Manager / Team Leader

To be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the work in compliance with hygiene, health and safety rules, quality of execution and deadlines.

Main Activities:

➢ Organize and manage teams on construction sites

➢ Ensure the health and safety of teams according to our ISO 45001 procedures

➢ Ensure the proper execution of work according to technical and contractual conditions

➢ Participate in coordination meetings

➢ Prepare elements for invoicing (measurements)

➢ Train apprentices (CCP-DAP)

Internal Relationships:

➢ Management

➢ Various managers (company, site, etc.)

External Relationships:

➢ Engineering Office

➢ Suppliers

Profile Requirements:

➢ Training in electrical engineering or equivalent experience

➢ Several years of experience in the field

Required Skills:

➢ Management and organizational skills

➢ Team spirit, conscientious and rigorous

➢ Knowledge of computer tools
