  • FOOD PREPARATION & COOKINGAssist in preparing ingredients and basic cooking for assigned menu items.Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines set by senior chefs.
  • QUALITY & HYGIENEMaintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation at all times.Comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and NEA food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • KITCHEN OPERATIONS SUPPORTAssist in receiving and storing deliveries according to proper storage procedures.Help with cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils after use.
