Commis Chef – Full-Time, 48 Hours Per Week

Expected earnings £35,951 per annum inclusive of service charge

Location: The Grove, 5-star Resort & Hotel

We are currently seeking a committed and motivated Commis Chef to join our culinary team at The Grove. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their culinary career who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic, high-end kitchen environment.

• Work across multiple kitchens including The Glasshouse, The Stables, Banqueting, and our Central Kitchen
• Gain hands-on experience in all areas of food preparation using fresh, high-quality ingredients

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic individual
• Basic NVQ training (or working towards)
• A genuine interest in professional development within a structured kitchen environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a full-time schedule (48 hours/week)
