Job Description:

The Commis Chef will be work on a specific section, working closely with our dedicated prep team to ensure that daily par levels are met.

Working in a large team requires you to work well under pressure and be able to easily take direction from senior staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
• Good culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of food safety.
