The Role

As a Commis Chef, you’ll work closely with our kitchen team across preparation and service, gaining hands-on experience in a professional restaurant environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily food preparation and mise en place
• Supporting the chefs during service
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked
• Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
• Working collaboratively as part of the wider kitchen team
• Learning and developing your culinary skills across different sections
